When you choose to send an item to us for hand engraving we understand you exercise a bit of blind faith. We value your trust in us and will do everything within our power to reward that trust. At Heritage Hand Engraving it is our aim to always do what is in your best interest, putting yours ahead of our own. If or when an error occurs we will make every effort to correct that mistake in a way that makes you whole, repairing or replacing the item involved. Your items will be secured in our safe and be fully insured (details available upon request) during its time in our studio.

  • Step 1 - Contact us

    Reach out to our team by calling or texting (803) 607-4418 or emailing us at Clientcare@heritagehandengraving.com. Tell us a little about what you would like to have hand engraved and we will walk you through the process of selecting a style and provide pricing.

  • Step 2 - Shipping YOUR ITEM

    We will tell you how to securely package, insure and ship your item to us. Need a shipping label or box? We can provide that for you!

  • sTEP 3 - Renderings

    Once your item is in our studio we will execute renderings and you will be sent images of what the finished product will look like, giving you the opportunity to “see before committing”.

  • STEP 4 - Hand Engraving

    Once your item is hand engraved we will take images of the finished piece sending them to you for your approval that our work has been executed to your satisfaction.

  • STEP 6 - Paying For Your Commission

    Once you have approved the completed work you will be sent an invoice for our services. We accept payments via credit card and PayPal.

  • STEP 7 - Return Shipping

    Once payment is made your item will be securely packaged and insured for its full replacement value. You will receive a tracking number to be able to follow its progress all the way to your front door.
